Today I was searching the internet for some more good tips on fitness and weight-loss. I found a site called " Muscle and Strength" It has good information on cutting. The terminology "cutting" refers to losing weight with cardio and weight training, and a small adjustment in your diet (cut your daily caloric intake by 500) this will aid in you dropping the LB's.
