Olympic Weightlifting is a whole new realm of working out, I had never experienced Olympic Weightlifting before and was quite amazed by the power and technique that goes into the training and preparation of this amazing sport.
For the first time ever I tried a squat with an Olympic Weightlifting bar. The bar itself weighs 45lbs I added another 10lbs of plate weights and from there tried to do the squat. With a little assistance from my brother-in-law and a great trainer from The Lab, I think that i have learned the basics of the squat and will from this point on incorporate this into my weekly workout regimen.
